By accessing this website or engaging Info Web Software for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Specific scope, timelines, deliverables and pricing for any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement signed between Info Web Software and the client. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement.
Projects are typically billed in milestones as agreed in the proposal. Work may pause if scheduled payments are not received within the agreed timeline.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs, and content created specifically for the project) transfers to the client, excluding any pre-existing tools, libraries or frameworks owned by Info Web Software or third parties.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and necessary access (domain, hosting, third-party accounts) required to complete the project on schedule.
Info Web Software is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Uttarakhand having jurisdiction.
